Pay Range
The pay range for this position is between $13.16-30.89.
Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. As a Customer Service Resolutions Specialist, you will partner with the customer service and email team with the mission to help improve the customer experience and to meet service level objectives. In this key role, you will work with our vendor partners to resolve customer issues, oversee a variety of important tasks CSR’s are not able to complete while on the phones with customers and follow-up with customer via phone and email. Additionally, you will work with marketing, IT and sales as an internal advocate for process improvement. In order to be successful, you must be able to shift through multiple tasks and priorities, be highly organized, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills. Ultimately you will provide customers with a “WOW” Blinds.com experience as you embody the core values of the company.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Communicate with customers via phone and email for any updates or questions needed to close a pending process.
- Effectively manage follow-up with customers throughout resolutions processes to ensure expectations are being fulfilled.
- Partner with vendors to process parts, status, repair and quote requests for customers.
- Advise customers with existing orders of backorders and partner with the product team to update websites accordingly.
- Collaborate with DCs, CSRs, vendors and customers to resolve orders on hold and report product restrictions to website team.
- Partner with accounting to verify and approve calculation of credits requested by CSRs and DCs.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED
