In order to qualify you must:
- Be employed with The Home Depot for at least one year
- Possess a strong knowledge of store operations and technology
- Be comfortable operating store lifts at heights of 45-50 ft

Product Support: A 12-week program where associates will learn to help a range of Home Depot teams to understand system issues and fix problems in a customer-focused manner.
Software Engineering: An 18-week long program where associates will learn agile methodologies, paired-programming, and coding, in order to be able to help power our entire enterprise.
